mode of inquiry concerned with the relationship between inner understanding and outward conduct.

Across many wisdom traditions, including Taoism, there exists the recognition that reality may be approached through contemplation, study, reflection, and the careful examination of principles that govern both human life and the wider world. In this sense, the hermetic impulse represents the search for deeper patterns beneath appearances and the conviction that wisdom carries practical consequences for how one lives, acts, relates and participates within the larger order of existence.

Within the Taoist worldview, morality is not primarily understood as obedience to an external code. Rather, ethical behaviour emerges from alignment with the Tao itself. The sage does not become virtuous by memorising rules but by becoming sufficiently attuned to reality that appropriate action arises naturally. Classical texts repeatedly suggest that when people lose connection with the Tao, they compensate through increasingly elaborate systems of morality and regulation. Virtue, in its highest form, is therefore not imposed but expressed. It is the natural consequence of living in accordance with the deeper patterns of existence.

The Paraclete framework occupies a position between these two approaches. It recognises the value of study, reflection and commentary, while also acknowledging that intellectual understanding alone cannot transform a person. Knowledge must eventually become embodied. Principles must become practices and ultimately, insight must become conduct. The purpose of any foundational text, teaching or doctrine is not merely to be understood but to alter the quality of relationship a person maintains with themselves, others, the natural world and the sacred dimensions of life.

The Hermetic concern with morality and health resonates strongly with both Taoist and Paraclete perspectives. Traditional Taoist medicine never separated ethical conduct from physiological wellbeing. Excessive greed, anger, fear, ambition and emotional disturbance were viewed not merely as moral concerns but as disruptions of internal harmony capable of affecting vitality, longevity and health. Likewise, the Paraclete view holds that health cannot be reduced to biochemical measurements alone. Human beings exist simultaneously as biological, relational, ecological, psychological and spiritual beings. Persistent violations of natural principles eventually manifest as disorder across these domains. In this sense, ethics becomes physiologically consequential. The manner in which one lives affects not only social relationships but also nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, immune function, metabolic resilience, and overall coherence.

The Hermetic connection between morality and communal wellbeing also finds a strong parallel. Taoism recognises that disorder within individuals eventually expresses itself within families, communities, institutions and civilisations. The health of a society cannot exceed the collective quality of relationship maintained by its members. The Paraclete Foundation extends this observation further by viewing ethics as a systems phenomenon. Actions are never isolated. Every choice participates in larger networks of consequence. Exploitation, dishonesty, excess consumption, environmental degradation, and social fragmentation are not merely moral failures. They represent violations of relational principles upon which enduring health and flourishing depend.

Where Paraclete perhaps departs most significantly from both conventional moralism and some forms of scriptural tradition is in its insistence that ethical principles must withstand what might be called whole-system verification. A principle should hold true not only in theology or philosophy but also in ecology, physiology, psychology, community life and civilisation. If a principle genuinely reflects reality, its effects should be observable across scales. For example: Honesty supports trust within relationships; coherence within communities; and reduced physiological stress within individuals. Restraint protects ecosystems; preserves resources; moderates consumption; and supports metabolic health. Reciprocity strengthens both social bonds and ecological sustainability. Ethical principles therefore become observable expressions of underlying organising laws rather than merely prescribed behaviours.

From a Paraclete perspective, the study of texts and commentaries remains valuable, but only insofar as they deepen participation in reality itself. Scripture, philosophy, science, ecology, medicine and contemplation all become different windows through which the same underlying order may be perceived. The ultimate test is not intellectual agreement but lived coherence. The question is not simply whether a teaching is true in theory, but whether it fosters greater harmony within the individual; greater health within the community; greater stewardship of the natural world; and deeper alignment with the generative order from which all life emerges.

In this way, the Hermetic emphasis on study, morality, and virtuous conduct can be understood through a Taoist and Paraclete lens as part of a broader inquiry into the relationship between human behaviour and the structure of reality itself. Morality ceases to be merely a social requirement and becomes a practical expression of alignment. Health ceases to be merely physical and becomes a reflection of coherence. Wisdom ceases to be merely intellectual and becomes the capacity to participate consciously within the larger order of life.

As understood within the Paraclete Foundation, the hermetic dimension of wisdom concerns the search for principles that reveal the underlying order of life and the responsibilities that arise from understanding them. Study, scripture, reflection and contemplation are valuable not as ends in themselves, but as means of cultivating deeper participation in reality. Knowledge finds its fulfilment in embodiment. Insight becomes conduct and understanding becomes stewardship. The hermetic impulse therefore supports a foundational Paraclete conviction: that genuine flourishing emerges when human beings continually align thought, action, health, community, and spiritual life with the enduring patterns through which life sustains and renews itself.

<a class="image-link image2" target="_blank" It begins much further upstream. It concerns the quality of relationship a human being maintains with reality itself.

The Taoist traditions understood this with unusual clarity. The sage was not admired because they imposed themselves upon the world, but because they ceased interfering with its deeper order. Their authority emerged from alignment rather than performance. In this sense, leadership is less the exertion of personality and more the stabilisation of coherence. One does not lead merely by directing people, but by regulating the conditions under which clarity, trust, responsibility and life itself can organise properly.

Modern culture increasingly confuses visibility with authority. The loudest voice is often assumed to be the clearest. The most performative personality is often mistaken for the most competent. Yet biological systems do not function this way. Healthy physiology depends upon regulation that is often subtle, rhythmic and nearly invisible. The heart does not dominate the body through spectacle. The nervous system does not maintain coherence through constant force. Healthy systems stabilise through proportion and timing. Also through responsiveness and intelligent restraint. The Taoist insight that “forcing produces resistance” is therefore not merely spiritual poetry. It is observable in many areas, like ecosystems, organisations, medicine, relationships and civilisation itself. Excessive control often signals underlying fragility rather than strength.

This becomes especially important within modern healing professions and service-oriented work. Many contemporary practitioners entered their fields from genuine care, only to discover systems increasingly organised around throughput, branding and performance metrics. Or perhaps, administrative burden and identity construction. Service gradually becomes theatre. Helping becomes entangled with self-construction. The practitioner begins performing wellness rather than embodying it. Yet patients, communities and human nervous systems remain exquisitely sensitive to coherence. People may not consciously articulate it, but they feel the difference between someone who has cultivated internal order and someone attempting to simulate authority externally. The body recognises congruence long before the intellect explains it.

The deeper traditions of Taoism, contemplative spirituality and ecological philosophy all converge upon a similar recognition: that true service requires the gradual reduction of unnecessary internal friction. This does not mean passivity or weakness, or withdrawal from responsibility. On the contrary, it often produces extraordinary competence and steadiness. But action emerges from grounded perception rather than compulsion. The individual no longer attempts to dominate every variable within the environment. Instead, they learn to perceive patterns. These may include thresholds, rhythms and consequences. Leadership becomes ecological rather than ideological. One begins asking not merely, “How do I impose change?” but “What conditions allow life to organise intelligently here?”

This orientation becomes increasingly relevant within an age characterised by acceleration. We are also defined by fragmentation and chronic sympathetic activation. Modern institutions frequently operate like dysregulated nervous systems: reactive, overstimulated, unable to distinguish signal from noise, constantly intervening to compensate for failures produced by prior interventions. In such environments, stillness itself becomes countercultural. Discernment becomes a rarity and silence can become threatening. Yet, nearly every enduring wisdom tradition recognised that perception deteriorates when internal noise exceeds external reality. The inability to hear reality clearly eventually produces institutional exhaustion, resulting in ethical confusion and further, civilisational instability.

For this reason, leadership and service cannot ultimately be separated from spiritual formation. A human being cannot sustainably steward complexity while internally fragmented. Integrity is not merely moral decoration. It is structural coherence. The divided self consumes enormous physiological and psychological energy maintaining contradiction. By contrast, individuals who gradually align their action, speech, values, responsibility and perception often generate unusual steadiness around them. Others feel safer in their presence. Systems become calmer because decisions simplify. Friction decreases. This is not mysticism detached from reality. It is observable across biology as well as communities. It is seen in craftsmanship, medicine, emergency response, contemplative traditions and healthy ecological systems alike.

The deeper question therefore is not simply how to create better leaders. It is whether modern civilisation can recover forms of human formation capable of producing coherent people at all. Many ancient traditions understood that service was not primarily self-expression. It was apprenticeship to reality. The village elder, or the craftsman and the healer were all shaped through disciplined encounter with responsibility; their llimitations; environmental rhythms; consequence; and their community. Their authority emerged slowly through demonstrated relationship with reality rather than rapid social visibility. In this sense, the future may belong less to charismatic personalities and more to individuals and institutions capable of restoring trust through embodied coherence, restraint, stewardship, and truthful relationship with the living systems upon which all human flourishing ultimately depends.

As a foundational expression of the Paraclete Foundation’s vision, this understanding of leadership begins not with power, status, or influence, but with the cultivation of coherence. True authority emerges through alignment with reality, responsibility toward others, and participation within the living systems that sustain life. Leadership, in this sense, becomes a form of stewardship: the ongoing practice of reducing unnecessary friction, strengthening trust, and creating the conditions under which individuals, communities, and the wider world may flourish together.

<a class="image-link image2" target="_blank" rightly perceived.

In the Classical Taoist tradition, ethical life emerges from alignment with the Tao: the living order from which all things arise and within which all things exist. Human flourishing does not occur through domination, coercion, excessive striving or artificial control. It emerges through harmony with the deeper patterns that sustain life itself. Ethics therefore begins not with moral prescription but with perception. The question is not merely, “What should I do?” but “What is truly happening, and how may I participate wisely within it?”

The Taoist sages observed that when human beings lose relationship with reality, they compensate by multiplying rules. As direct wisdom declines, external control expands. Artificial morality often emerges where living relationship has been forgotten. For this reason, the Foundation understands ethical development not as the accumulation of regulations but as the cultivation of discernment, humility, attentiveness and relational intelligence.

Ethics arises from recognising that human beings exist within networks of relationship that extend far beyond the isolated self. We participate simultaneously in family, community, culture, ecology, ancestry and the wider living world. We are shaped by these relationships and bear responsibility toward them. Ethical conduct therefore seeks to preserve integrity within these relationships rather than pursuing individual gain at their expense.

The Foundation affirms the Taoist virtues of simplicity, humility, restraint, sincerity, reciprocity and non domination. These are not merely personal virtues but expressions of deeper realities. Life tends toward coherence when relationships are governed through respect rather than coercion; stewardship rather than exploitation; and wisdom rather than force. Ethical action seeks to reduce unnecessary harm, unnecessary complexity and unnecessary interference while supporting the conditions under which life may flourish naturally.

The Foundation rejects the view that spirituality can be separated from embodiment, ecology, governance, or daily conduct. Ethics is expressed through how we speak, and also how we work; how we care for one another; how we engage with the natural world. It’s also expressed by how we exercise authority and how we respond to power. Spiritual maturity is not measured primarily through belief or ideology, but through the quality of one’s participation in life.

The teachings of Zhuangzi further remind us that ethics cannot be reduced to rigid moralism. Human life is dynamic, contextual and continuously changing. Ethical wisdom therefore requires responsiveness rather than dogmatism. The mature person does not become enslaved to ideology, or social performance or certainty. Instead, they cultivate the capacity to respond appropriately to the uniqueness of each situation while remaining grounded in enduring principles of compassion; humility; truthfulness; and respect for life.

The Foundation recognises that domination ultimately damages both the dominated and the dominator. Coercion fragments relationships and exploitation weakens communities. Deception corrodes trust and excessive control diminishes vitality. Ethical life therefore seeks to foster conditions of freedom, responsibility, reciprocity and mutual flourishing. Genuine authority arises not from force but from integrity. Leadership is understood as service to the whole rather than control over others.

At its deepest level, ethics is the preservation of coherence. It is the practice of maintaining truthful relationship between self and body; between individual and community; between humanity and nature; between action and consequence; and between the visible world and the deeper mystery from which it emerges. Ethics is therefore not an external burden imposed upon life. It is the natural expression of participation within the living order itself.

The Foundation seeks to cultivate individuals and communities capable of such participation. We believe that human flourishing depends upon the restoration of right relationship: with ourselves; with one another; with the natural world; and with the Tao that sustains all things.

As a foundational expression of the Paraclete Foundation’s vision, this understanding of ethics invites a return to right relationship: with ourselves, with one another, with the natural world, and with the deeper mystery from which all life arises. It calls for a civilisation rooted not in domination, extraction, or endless accumulation, but in stewardship, participation, and coherence. The task of ethics is therefore not merely to regulate behaviour, but to cultivate the conditions under which life may flourish in its fullest sense. Through humility, attentiveness, responsibility, and service, human beings become capable of participating more consciously in the living order that sustains them. In this way, ethics becomes both a path of personal transformation and a contribution to the health of the wider world.

<a disease. It is the sustained ability of a living organism to maintain coherence within the conditions of daily life.

The human being is understood not as an isolated individual operating against the world, but as a living process continuously shaped by relationships to the environment, daily rhythms, nourishment, stress, meaning, community, memory and place. Physiology cannot be separated from ecology, because the organism itself is an ecological event. The body is not separate from nature; it is nature expressing itself through metabolism, perception, adaptation and consciousness.

This perspective aligns with the Taoist principle that health arises through right relationship with the underlying order of life, rather than through attempts at coercive control. In this view, longevity is not simply the extension of biological lifespan. It is the preservation of adaptive integrity. A long life without coherence is simply prolonged decline. True vitality depends on the organism maintaining clear communication between its systems while remaining flexible enough to respond to changing conditions without internal fragmentation. The ancient Taoist practices of rhythm, restraint, seasonal alignment, breath, stillness, and non-forcing reflect a deep recognition that life deteriorates when people attempt to live against the fundamental structure of reality.

Within this systems-based and integrative framework, stress is understood as more than psychological pressure. It is ecological disruption occurring across multiple scales. Organisms have finite adaptive reserves and are constantly working to maintain equilibrium amid environmental changes. This understanding connects with research on cellular danger responses, which shows that metabolism shifts in response to perceived threat and survival priorities. Resolution physiology demonstrates that healing is not merely the suppression of inflammation, but the restoration of organised communication that allows the system to resolve disturbances intelligently. Across these perspectives, a common principle emerges: illness represents impaired coordination within the living system, or the point at which the system can no longer adapt to stress and must reduce pressure by limiting its own function.

From this standpoint, modern civilisation often functions as a coherence-disrupting environment. Artificial light disrupts circadian rhythms; while chronic informational overload fragments attention. Industrial food impairs metabolic signalling and social disconnection destabilises neurophysiology. Environmental toxins interfere with mitochondrial communication. Economic structures encourage prolonged sympathetic activation while weakening connections to land, season, craft and embodied experience. The outcome is not only individual illness but a widespread breakdown in the relationship between organism and environment. Much of modern chronic disease can therefore be seen as ecological mismatch expressed within human physiology.

Embodiment is central in this framework. The body is not merely a vehicle for consciousness; it is the primary medium through which reality is encountered, interpreted and processed. Emotion, posture, breath, inflammation, memory, immunity, metabolism, and perception form one continuous field of participation. Spirituality is not an escape from the body but a deeper engagement with it. A coherent person is one whose biology, behaviour, values, rhythms and environment are no longer in chronic conflict with one another.

This understanding moves the work of the Paraclete Foundation beyond conventional integrative medicine into something more foundational. It does not seek only to offer better interventions within the existing medical model. Instead, the Foundation articulates a first-principles ecology of physiology in which health arises from lawful relationships between energy, environment, metabolism, consciousness and civilisation. Coherence serves as the central organising principle that connects Taoist philosophy with such things as stress physiology, systems biology, redox regulation, developmental patterning and cultural structures into one integrated architecture.

In this view, disease is rarely a random mechanical failure in isolation. It is more often the result of prolonged incoherence across multiple layers of life. Longevity cannot be reduced to supplements. Nor biomarkers or optimisation techniques alone. A person may temporarily improve measurable indicators while remaining disconnected from the conditions that support lasting vitality. Genuine longevity emerges when metabolism, nervous system, behaviour, environment, meaning and spiritual orientation all participate within the same coherent order.

The Foundation’s framework proposes that the future of health depends less on increasing technological intervention and more on recovering the principles that enable living systems to remain integrated. The central question shifts from “How do we control disease?” to “What allows life to organise, repair, adapt, and flourish coherently over time?” In this sense, health becomes inseparable from ecology, ethics, rhythm, culture, and consciousness.

As a foundational expression of the Paraclete Foundation’s vision, this framework calls for a deeper alignment between knowledge and practice. It invites individuals, practitioners, and communities to cultivate the conditions for true vitality — not as isolated optimisation, but as a living participation in the ordered harmony of existence.

<a class="image-link image2" target="_blank" participation rather than inert matter or a collection of separate resources.

Nature is the living context from which all beings emerge and within which all beings remain embedded. Human life is not positioned outside this reality, observing it from a distance, nor does it stand above it as master. We arise within the same processes that shape forests, coastlines, weather systems and the countless forms of life that share the world with us.

The modern tendency to divide humanity from nature has profound consequences. Once the living world is reduced to object, resource or property, relationship gives way to extraction. Yet, the natural world reveals something quite different. Every landscape carries the accumulated effects of time and adaptation; or of disturbance and then recovery, and later, renewal. A river valley records its history in the contours of its banks. A forest bears witness to drought or abundance. The land itself becomes a form of memory through which life continuously learns and reorganises.

To enter such a world requires a different posture. Knowledge is no longer acquired solely through analysis or control. It emerges through attentiveness. One learns to notice the subtle ways in which place shapes perception, behaviour and understanding. The movement of seasons teaches timing. The turning of ecological cycles reveals the necessity of restraint. Long observation cultivates humility before complexities that exceed immediate comprehension. In this sense, the land is not merely occupied. It becomes teacher.

This understanding extends to the human organism. The body is not a machine operating independently of its surroundings. It is a living expression of relationship, such that light influences hormonal rhythms and movement alters metabolism. Environmental signals continually inform immune activity or mood. Human physiology evolved upon dynamic engagement with the living world and continues to depend upon that engagement. When these relationships become impoverished or distorted, consequences emerge that cannot always be understood by examining isolated biological parts alone.

Many of the difficulties characteristic of modern life can be viewed through this lens. The exhaustion, fragmentation, and chronic dysregulation increasingly observed throughout contemporary society reflect more than individual pathology. They point toward a broader loss of participation in the rhythms and relationships that once helped organise human experience. The issue is not simply that people spend less time outdoors. It is that the structures of modern civilisation often encourage forms of living that separate human beings from the ecological realities upon which health ultimately depends.

From this perspective, spirituality is not concerned with escape from the world. It begins with deeper participation in it. The sacred is encountered not beyond nature, but through it. A person learns reverence through attention, gratitude through dependence, and humility through recognising their place within a reality far larger than themselves. Care for land is needed, as is stewardship of resources. Fidelity to truth and responsibility toward future generations become spiritual practices because they express alignment with the conditions that sustain life.

This orientation also challenges the modern tendency to treat knowledge as primarily abstract. Some forms of understanding cannot be separated from lived experience. A landscape known through decades of relationship reveals dimensions that remain invisible to brief observation. Wisdom develops through participation. It is carried in memory, story and in practice. It is the accumulated insights of those who have learned to listen carefully to place and it is inherited via generations. Such knowledge is not opposed to science. Rather, it complements scientific understanding by recognising that relationship itself is a source of insight.

Underlying this worldview is the recognition that life displays a remarkable continuity of organisation. The forces that sustain vitality are not arbitrary. Living systems remain healthy when exchange is balanced, when limits are respected, and when renewal is permitted to occur. Whether considering a watershed recovering after disturbance, a community rebuilding trust, or an individual recovering from illness, the same fundamental reality becomes visible: flourishing depends upon the maintenance of relationships that support coherence.

Coherence, therefore, occupies a central place within the Paraclete framework. It is not simply a psychological state or a measure of physiological efficiency. It describes the capacity of living systems to remain integrated while adapting to change. Wherever coherence is present, life expresses resilience, creativity, and vitality. Wherever it is lost, fragmentation gradually emerges. The task of both health and spirituality becomes the restoration of conditions that allow coherent participation to reappear.

Nature is therefore more than environment. It is revelation. Through its patterns, cycles, limits and possibilities, it discloses the principles by which life sustains itself. The invitation is neither conquest nor withdrawal, but relationship. By learning once again how to participate within the living order rather than standing apart from it, human beings recover not only ecological responsibility, but a deeper sense of belonging, meaning, and wholeness.

As a foundational expression of the Paraclete worldview, this perspective invites a renewed relationship with the living world and our place within it. Through attentive participation, responsible stewardship, and fidelity to the realities that sustain life, human beings rediscover belonging. From belonging emerges meaning. From meaning emerges wholeness.

<a class="image-link image2" target="_blank" across levels of existence: from quantum systems that remain connected across distance, to living cells that synchronise their rhythms, to ecosystems that increase in integration and diversity when left undisturbed. From its earliest stages, the universe has operated as a self-organising process.

Beneath visible matter and energy lies an underlying field that carries the record of all events. Nothing is fully erased; past occurrences continue to influence what emerges. What appear as separate entities are local expressions of a single, continuous process. Their distinctness is real but relative — each part remains connected to the larger whole.

Coherence names the state in which a system aligns with and expresses this underlying unity rather than opposing it. In the human body, coherence is measurable. When the heart’s electromagnetic field settles into ordered rhythms, the brain and other systems synchronise with it. This produces clearer perception, reduced internal conflict, and more unified physiological function. These shifts occur through ordinary states: genuine care, sustained attention, and clear recognition of what is present. Such alignment has direct, observable effects on physiology.

The same principle applies to living systems in general. Patterns that have been established become easier to sustain because the underlying field has been shaped by them. Integrity and right relationship demonstrated in one generation support greater availability of those qualities for those who follow, even across time and distance.

Most living organisms maintain coherence as their default condition. Natural pressures favour systems that function as integrated wholes. The human being stands as a unique case: we are capable of maintaining prolonged internal contradictions and extending these into larger social and economic structures. This can produce coherent function within small groups alongside harmful extraction or conflict toward outsiders and the living systems that support everyone. Technologies and practices built on force rather than participation create imbalances that eventually require correction.

Consciousness follows a clear progression. At lower levels, awareness is narrowed by defence, self-preoccupation, and internal friction between knowledge and action. As these gaps close — through greater correspondence between thought, perception, and behaviour — energy is released. The world appears less as an obstacle and more as an intelligible order. At higher levels, the sense of separation between the individual and the larger field diminishes. This is not a loss of self but a clearer recognition of one’s place as a local expression of the wider coherence.

There exists a way of acting that arises from full alignment with the nature of things. Action flows with minimal friction, as an expression of the same organising tendency present throughout reality. This is not passivity but intelligent participation.

Coherence is not something built from nothing. It is uncovered through the removal of what obscures it, be it internal contradictions, unnecessary force or patterns of disconnection. At its fullest expression, this process reveals that what was sought was always present, and that the individual was never truly separate from the larger wholeness.

Coherence and the Work of the Paraclete Foundation

Within the Paraclete Taoist framework, coherence serves as a central organising principle. It guides the Foundation’s efforts to support health by restoring alignment within the body and between people and their environments. It informs educational and practical programs that reduce suffering caused by chronic stress, disconnection, and systemic imbalance.

By advancing these understandings, the Foundation contributes to public wellbeing. It promotes practices that foster personal and collective coherence, supporting clearer attention; better emotional regulation; stronger relationships; and more responsible engagement with the living world. These efforts advance health, advance spiritual development grounded in lived alignment, and contribute to the care of natural systems and community resilience.

The Foundation operates as a not-for-profit entity dedicated solely to these charitable purposes. All activities and resources are directed toward the public benefit: relieving suffering, enhancing human and environmental health, and cultivating the conditions for coherent, reciprocal living.

This principle unifies the Foundation’s work across medicine, education, community initiatives, and spiritual formation. It offers a practical path for individuals and societies to move from fragmentation toward greater wholeness — through restored relationship, honest participation, and alignment with the deeper order that sustains life.

Ecology as a Worldview: How Relationship, Coherence, and Participation Shape Health and across all scales of existence.

It begins with the recognition that nothing exists in isolation. Every person, organism, organ, community, thought, and economic activity is shaped by the quality of its ongoing exchanges with the larger systems of which it is part.

When these exchanges lose balance, rhythm, reciprocity, or honesty, the consequences appear as disease, fragmentation, exhaustion, strained relationships, and broader social and environmental challenges. In the work of the Paraclete Foundation, ecology is therefore more than environmental concern. It is a practical framework for understanding and restoring right relationship — supporting the health of individuals, communities, and the living world.

The Human Body as an Ecology

Human beings participate directly in the world around us. Our consciousness, nervous system, and physiology have developed through constant interaction with light, air, movement, seasons, and living environments. The body is not separate from its surroundings; it is itself an ecology.

This understanding explains why personal health — energy, immune function, mood, attention, and sense of meaning — responds so strongly to daily conditions: the food we eat, our exposure to natural light and rhythms, the quality of rest, and the relationships we maintain. Many modern health difficulties arise from disrupted connections between people and their physical, social, and cultural environments. The Foundation’s work therefore supports the restoration of these relationships as a contribution to public health and wellbeing.

Coherence as the Central Principle

Coherence lies at the heart of the Paraclete framework. It is the capacity for diverse parts to remain intelligently connected — avoiding both chaos and harmful isolation. A coherent immune system, family, community, local economy, or ecosystem maintains balance through clear communication, flexible boundaries, natural rhythms, and responsible stewardship of resources.

These organising patterns recur across scales: from cellular processes to landscapes and societies. Recognising them allows the Foundation to promote practical coherence in individual lives and collective systems alike.

Ecology, Ethics, and Public Benefit

The practices of a community — how it grows and distributes food, designs living spaces, organises work and rest, communicates, and manages resources — directly influence the health of its people, waterways, soils, and future generations. The Foundation works to advance these understandings so that ethical living becomes visible in healthier bodies, stronger communities, cleaner environments, and greater capacity for meaning and resilience.

In this way, ethics are not abstract. They produce real ecological and social outcomes. By fostering honesty, reciprocity, restraint, and respect, the Foundation contributes to public welfare and the relief of suffering caused by disconnection, depletion, and imbalance.

A Living, Relational Order

The Paraclete approach integrates scientific knowledge with traditional wisdom. It views life as an intelligent, relational process involving matter, energy, information, and consciousness. Biological development, ecosystems, and human societies all unfold through patterns of timing, orientation, communication, and relationship rather than purely mechanical processes.

This perspective supports the Foundation’s commitment to evidence-informed practice while recognising deeper dimensions of health and human flourishing.

Healing and Restoration

Healing in this framework begins with ecology. Rather than addressing only isolated symptoms, the Foundation encourages attention to the quality of relationships — with the body, food and light, daily rhythms, community, meaningful work, truthful communication, and the living world. These efforts advance health by supporting the body’s own intelligence and the conditions that allow it to thrive.

Spirituality as Ecological Participation

Spirituality within the Paraclete tradition is expressed through deeper alignment with the patterns that sustain life: simplicity, reciprocity, attentiveness, reverence, and responsible care. It is not separate from embodiment or community but lived through the quality of our relationships with body, land, time, others, and the deeper order that connects all things.

By supporting spiritual development grounded in these principles, the Foundation advances religion and contributes to individual and collective wellbeing.

Ecology as a Unifying Foundation for Our Work

Ecology serves as a central unifying concept for the Paraclete Foundation. It bridges personal health and civilisational health, physiology and ethics, inner coherence and outer action. Through education, research, community initiatives, and practical programs, the Foundation seeks to relieve suffering, advance health, protect and restore natural environments, and promote a more coherent, reciprocal way of living for the public benefit.

The Foundation operates as a not-for-profit entity entirely dedicated to these charitable purposes. All resources are applied solely toward the advancement of these aims for the benefit of the wider community.

Paraclete Press October 2023

Spiritual Wellness News to Heal Hearts and Minds

The Paraclete Foundation

In addition to feature articles posted every fortnight, the Paraclete Press will be a monthly publication informing you of news and opportunities relevant to your spiritual health and wellbeing.

In line with the authenticity of its mission, the Foundation will only publish information of refined and fitting content.

Quantum Meditation Course (QMC1) Series Introduction

In line with its seminal purpose, the Paraclete Foundation will be running the first of its Quantum Meditation series in the upcoming months. though, that it’s always easy!

Unwinding the tension begins to reveal the rewards of the higher-frequency states your cells intrinsically attune to and transmit.

Once the tension is observed, accepted and even celebrated the frequency changes within you. The way your cells, DNA and atoms receive and transmit information changes the nature of your existence. This may sound like hyperbole, but it is not.

The areas of tension that you previously identified, no longer hold the same charge. This literally means electrical charge and in quantum terms refers to electromagnetic charge and other forces or disturbances in the quantum field and your DNA. But in a felt sense, this also means and change in tension, pressure, tightness, contractility, heaviness or area along with a change in emotional overtones, if present. The area no longer feels contracted or as contracted but instead, has a quality of expansion.

As a higher frequency takes hold, you begin to get a sense of your more authentic self. Of course, this requires that you pay attention, but the ease will become noticeable as you operate within your environment. Seemingly, for no reason, you will become more sensitive and connected.

Internally, you will experience changes in your biochemistry and your rhythms.

Your patterns begin to shift. This may manifest as changes in breathing patterns, dietary and eating patterns, or sleeping patterns?

The way you connect and relate changes. This not only applies to people but relationships with your environment, nature and energetic connections.

You begin to connect with the spaces and stillness in your life, rather than the busyness and constant activity.

Your overarching outlook becomes more soulful and positive.

You begin to notice how much of the world operates at the level of tension as you become more sensitive and this springboards your flow into ease. The dichotomy here, is that, for a while, your sensitivity to level of tension at which the world operates can lead to more tension within yourself! But as you soften and you raise your frequency, this fades to the point where you transcend this state. Although you may temporarily grapple with this, appreciate that you have attained a higher level of frequency that has attuned your sensitivity to the undercurrents of life and balance.

Be well.

Tension

A basic conceptual More particularly, this is also how they should be felt within the body.

In the quantum world, everything is vibration, energy, particles, waves and fields. Don’t worry about the specifics here — they will be explained elsewhere and taught in the Quantum Meditation Course series.

Think of the tension as an encrypted message. The tension may be a physical compilation of strain, rigidity or pressure loaded with mental or emotional overtures of apprehension, anxiety and restlessness amongst many other possibilities. To make matters more complex, there could be spiritual and Universal layers infused into the mix.

The body, in its wisdom will combine layers of discordance into one arrangement. This allows a measure of efficiency and allows the body to run the program in the background and deep to our normal level of awareness, without having to dedicate the energy to continually pushing several buttons at once.

When the encryption is unlocked it can connect with peace and stillness so complete, it quells the thoughts, worries and desires that plague our minds and belief systems. Not only that, but the shift from a low-vibration system into a higher vibration allows your cells, DNA and atoms to recalibrate.

These higher vibrational states already exist within each of us, waiting to be accessed. They are just veiled by low-frequency states or tension.

These low-frequency tensions are nearly always the result of fear. To be more specific, fear for survival. The threat to survival means different things to different people because it is intimately tied to your character, your family and your environment.

In the Quantum Meditation Courses we drill down further to what may underpin even this most fundamental aspect of fear and survival. This is the nature of quantum theory — although fear and survival are two of the most basic building blocks for our ego and belief system, there are even smaller and more profound units still. These building blocks don’t relate so much to us as individuals, but belong to the energy of Universal consciousness that effects us all.

Part of the work related to Quantum Meditation is to give voice and words to the unconscious tensions and fears that we house, even though tension and meditation cannot be fully understood in these terms. There is no substitute for the felt and lived experience. It belies linguistic definition for the most part.

Unwinding the tension can be a testing endeavour. But each effort is self-sustaining because it raises the vibration of the original low-frequency state of tension. This is inherently motivational and although our understanding of these patterns may come in a rush or periodically over weeks, months and years, you will be drawn forwards by the pull of your evolution and self-acceptance as the tension unwinds.

With every plunge, the frequency of your cells rises.

Be well.

Preparation for Quantum are very much in our heads and linear in our thinking. However, the time is fast approaching when it will become necessary to see life in a very different way if we are to transition our way to freedom from the current shadow that hangs over this world and our time.

It will become necessary, not to watch our lives unfold and to be cognisant from the outside but to comprehend our consciousness and be our lives. This is a hard concept for the linear mind to understand. Your consciousness, while it is particular to you in some ways, is also part of a much larger collective consciousness, which is the state that connects us all. This is very much a quantum view.

By entering into quantum meditation, you begin to see things for what they really are if this world is to transition from our current guise of fear and survival into higher states of love and freedom. The apparitions of the ego and desire fall away and there is a deep knowing and certainty that come from the quantum consciousness connection.

When we start to become more holistic in our awareness, we start to incorporate more right brain aspects. In a manner of speaking we integrate left and right brain aspects so that our awareness goes beyond thinking and into a perceiving-knowing state.

In quantum meditation, this state enters a holographic realm, a multi-dimensional realm in which consciousness exists. This (holographic) field / space / silence that you access is an elementary pattern that exists across the universe as spiralling nebulas and star systems, and is the same field that exists between our neurones and within our DNA. As you learn to join with these all-present patterns, a tremendous restructuring occurs within your genes that starts to sing to every part of your life.

We all have access to this field if we know how to listen and approach it. It is this field that contains the higher vibrations that we would associate with peace, silence, healing, connection, potential and freedom.

What you ultimately begin to download and upload from your DNA is the kind of feeling and freedom that you feel if you imagined what life would be like without limitations. You might get an inkling from asking questions like: if money was no object, what would I be doing with my life? If I could live anywhere in the world, where would I go? If I had the power to successfully change anything in my life, what would it be? The point here is not the questions, but the feeling of inner aliveness, abundance and freedom they create.

To unearth this freedom will require that you voyage into your highest potential and vibration.

The Concept of a Higher Purpose

It’s not something you have to do or how do I contribute to the world?” Ultimately, this is in order to find meaning such that we attain happiness or quell a rising fear.

What we fail to understand is that happiness and fear are emotional states and constructs of the ego. The ego bases itself upon beliefs that we have established based on our basic drive to survive. We can have positive or negative beliefs based on whether our survival needs are met or unmet. Be sure, these needs begin at the time of conception.

Nearly always, this higher purpose is also framed by what you need to do, or what action you have to take.

In this context, your higher purpose is not something you have to do. It is something you have to be. This is an extraneous concept for most of us.

The idea that happiness or meaning and purpose is something external to ourselves is a false understanding. Attaining the correct inner state of being belies a contentedness that does not rely on the external search for greener pastures. The need to attain (a particular vocation, house, car, partner, financial status … ) falls away.

This is not as easy as a few short paragraphs might suggest. Modern life challenges the ego with constant promises and comparisons. This talks to the human nature in all of us. To attain higher states of being does’t mean that we will be challenge-free and experience periods of discomfort and pain. However, we need to understand and accept these periods for what they are — a play on our adopted belief system.

Of those people who you most sincerely respect, do you do so because of their feats? Or do you do so for their essential qualities, their calmness or their positivity?

If connected, your higher purpose can and will bloom in the most ordinary and routine environments.

Your higher purpose is to examine the tension within yourself and then find the ease. Once this is done, you can shine with your inner light. In the end, with contemplation, meditation and practice, this transforms into an internal and external freedom that will naturally, inexorably raise the vibration in the world and contribute to the good of all. This may be by your simple presence or it may be through something you do, but whatever you do will be coming from within you.

If you are operating out of your highest frequency, it will be coming from a place of jubilation. If you don’t have this jubilance, truly, then it is not the path of your higher purpose. Your radiance is the fertile ground from which your higher purpose will germinate, be that an unassuming wild flower or a gigantic mountain ash. Take note! One day you might identify with or as, the whole forrest itself.

You have the keys to your higher purpose within. The path begins by opening to your higher purpose by surrendering dominance of your ego and mind to your consciousness, stillness and heart. This very thing will reshape your existence.

Your higher purpose: to be luminous / shimmer because it is within you and you bask in the miracle of being here. All things that you do will come from this.

Be well.

The Concept of Surrender

Letting go of non-serving belief patterns that weigh you down.

It takes fortitude and consistency to rise beyond the natural fear state that we possess. Regardless, there is no mistaking that the grounds for fear must be tilled to grow the vibration of a higher existence.

This higher state prevails as a fluctuating and dynamic expanse that lives within you. In fact, this is strictly not correct: as you will learn, this state is you and you live within it. All viewpoints are possible at the same time. This is part of the quantum state.

The pathway to attain this quantum state is not linear. There is a natural balance of things but there is also a wildness and sweep that we have no control over; and nor should we, for that is the very nature of the way and inseparable from its beauty.

Whilst you can be guided along the way, the real work has to be done within. Some things you will have to work out for yourself. This is a challenge for a lot of people.

To move along the pathway from tension to ease and then to freedom is mostly about deconstructing convictions and beliefs. Transition occurs when you have made space for something new to come in and it will happen only when you are ready.

Whilst creating space like this is an inner journey, there may also be some external changes that need to take place. This may involve letting go of places, old techniques, mentors and friends?

As will be written about elsewhere, one of the challenges fundamental to this process is the rise in fear that may occur as you recode your physical, emotional. mental and spiritual systems. The fear of freedom is real and many will shaken to feel how real it is for themselves.

On a more global scale, this fear of freedom is one of the reasons political and social designs have such easy sway over the masses and people are happy to hand direction over to an ‘authority’, even in the face of unbalanced mandates. It is also part of the change that is happening at a cellular level within us as environmental, civic, financial, medical and technological developments build a rising uncertainty in the world.

In order for us to usher in the change in consciousness that is needed we need surrender our fears and the need for control to make provision for this quantum leap in awareness.

There is a profound freedom that comes when your mind and its fears are unplugged as the controlling factors in your life. There is the presence of simplicity, silence and abundance as manifestations of your consciousness. There is also a deep knowing, feeling of place and connection and a wild, unshrinking freedom. I sincerely wish this for you.

Be well.

Our Health - Poles Apart

Can we notice the deep motivations within start was substantially late, so I had plenty of time to observe and ponder.

Today, we are divided into seemingly inconsolable ideological contingents, estranged by different narratives, both carrying their own truth, data and stories. There is significant disagreement on the course of action and even what those actions represent.

In this antagonistic soup, both divisions blame the other for the fall into unethical and immoral behaviour and decisions, having being tripped up by odious and corrupt influencers and organisations. It seems that the antagonism inevitably ends with a familiar and consistent collapse in dialogue.

We are becoming an increasingly contrary society. I experience it on my morning bike rides and I see it on social media. It is blatantly obvious as it currently plays out on our global health stage. I noticed it at the rally.

On an individual level, if you become polarised within yourself, it can be hard to make a decision. You can become stuck in patterns. These patterns may become lifelong: a lifestyle. Expanded to societal scales, a population that can’t commune with itself, has no choice but to tumble with the momentum.

With this unwanted momentum, it’s hard to see the forrest for the trees: to have common objectives, pathways, aspirations and dreams. It’s classic control theory to divide and conquer. Keep the masses confused so that no unifying counterforce can be assembled. Small problems eventually, seemingly, become too big to fathom and nothing reaches resolution. In the end, we are faced with confusion, inertia, and impotence in the manner of our current challenges.

The problem with arguments, is that the dispute distracts focus from the real source of the issue: symptoms and not causes. If you had a headache, contention about whether the best choice is to take an aspirin or have a sleep takes away from the real issue — the cause.

Ok. Maybe that’s fine if your headache is intractable? But is that what we are talking about here? Are our current health issues untreatable? Do we have NO other options? Almost certainly, this virus will be around forever, in one form or another. However, if viral history is any sort of teacher, then we will understand that humans didn’t survive and thrive this long without developing an amazing, adaptable immune system and that viruses will generally mutate to ensure their survival, which ultimately means the survival of their host.

In the meantime, don’t let the symptomatic treatment diminish the desire to tackle the real issues, otherwise we will still be here in the years to come.

If we limit the discourse to two extremes of action — either / or — then we run the risk of wholly implacable solutions. As a populous, we will be faced with two completely objectionable options. Because each option is objectionable, each supporter base will objectionable. This will then further bury the root issues and causes.

How this issue has been portrayed in the media and in politics agitates our health concerns. It has split the population and diverts notice from the genuine platform of cause.

This diversion and oppositional stance draws our attention and comprehension from the intimate workings of the human body. This is where the real discourse should exist. It also shows me how to find my place between poles.

The body does not work according to single, narrow interventions. Science reduces our view to that which is measurable, necessitating elimination of all other variables, so that a particular unit / drug / vaccine can be studied. However, the body doesn’t work that way. The body is a delicate web of interconnected systems and there are always, always checks and balances to be made when the status quo is changed. This necessitates an integrated and systematic evaluation and intervention process. As a polarised society, like most arguments, we are participating in the wrong debate here. The distractions divert us from need-to-know facts and alternative options.

Relativism, roughly put, is the view that truth and falsity, right and wrong, standards of reasoning, and procedures of justification are products of differing conventions and frameworks of assessment and that their authority is confined to the context giving rise to them (https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/relativism/).

Simply put, relativistic thinking is the belief that reality is relative, depending on the adopted perspective.

I find this to be true today. People’s opinions are defined by their personal experience. One’s view of our current plight will most likely be different if they have lost a business or can’t pay a mortgage compared to someone who doesn’t feel the need to leave home much or who may be financially stable. It will be different if they’ve lost a loved one to an illness or virus compared to someone who has seen their child suffer a vaccine injury. Until recently, some from the bush who have been relatively ambivalent and unaffected by lockdowns have changed their views once restrictions hit their area.

Relativistic thinking contributes its part to polarisation in today’s society.

The problem is, we are progressively encouraged to participate in divisive narratives. As a result, we become fodder for exploitation and it dams the flow for any democratic impetus for us as a whole, to launch coherent and necessary change. There are great forces of power in today’s society, both seen and unseen, that guide our narrative. How can we be organised and relevant enough to stand for ourselves when needed if we are combative over ‘symptomatic’ and misleading issues?

A people in conflict with itself cannot move ahead.

It is entirely plausible that economic and political extremism is THE most important hurdle to community and planetary health today.

There is no easy solution here, but we must begin somewhere and somehow. This view to segregation has become engrained. It is getting worse and it has seeped into the deep spaces. To heal, we must reach the deep places. The best advice I have heard to undo the mental inclination to polarise is to share and listen to our stories that deconstruct the antagonism.

We absolutely must make headroom, legroom and elbow room for relativistic thinking and intricacy and entanglements. They are life. Room must exist for non-polarising alternatives.

Can we notice the deep motivations within ourselves that polarise?

Be well.

The Tide and Tipping Point of Public Opinion

And how you can change the Obviously, the CV king tide washed in, but here I’m talking about the social, cultural, economic oil-slick that came with it.

The social changes we now swim in are constant. The last few years, the current has been fierce and sadly, too strong for many. Some who drowned were competent swimmers but were caught unprepared. Many in Australia needed lifejackets. Most telling is the number of people who couldn’t swim. Most of us headed for higher ground and are waiting for the tide to recede. Some built boats and sold them to others: they’ve done quite well.

Social change, civil unrest, inequality, injustice and climate change were in-your-face apparent before this year ever happened. Think revolution, demonstrations and protests in Hong Kong, France and the United States and across the world.

But I’ve been intrigued by the flow of public opinion the last few years. How easy has it been for people to take up a cause, when the cause hasn’t been based on fact. I’m intrigued about how the thoughts of many have been controlled by the machinations of the few. Rather than a narrative based on research and fact, we have been drowning in a sea of fear and vested opinions and directives.

I read a study last week that may shed some light on how this happens and ironically, how the same methods may get us moving again. The question that the paper asked was, ‘what percentage of a population does a minority have to reach the reverse or sway the majority viewpoint?’ The tipping point, they ascertained, is only 25%. At that percentage and above, the contrarians (I love that word) converted 72 to 100 percent of their target groups and before the minority started their intervention, the group/s were in 100% in accordance with their initial stance.

They found a 24% or less minority changed nothing (actually, the maximum change in opinion was 6% at minorities of this size).

Based on computer modelling, they predicted minorities of 25% or more would have an effect of a population up to or at least, 100,000 people.

What tips the scale?

Part of the problem in trying to change opinion is that, on a larger scale, you may never actually realise when you have a 25% committed minority, and many apparently give up without knowing they may be a few percent away from achieving the goal.

They were unwavering. They wholeheartedly expressed new habits or suggestions and constantly exposed others to it until they started to replicate the actions.

It helps to have a lack of competing minorities which dilutes opinion. This, it’s said, may be part of the problem today, where rather than two or three opinions (or groups), we have multiple competing interests as part of the modern trends towards individualistic viewpoints.

It helps to have regular contact with other members of the minority. This is important even when there is a critical mass.

Whether you’re in a business or part of a social change in the larger community, people spend time trying to align with other people and demonstrate etiquette that shows you’re part of the gang. This has the capacity to lift a business up, or bring one down. All you need is a strong minority. Alternatively, the minority can be non-caring as long as they are steadfast in their apathy.

The study also mentions the online environment, particularly because it’s possible to have a significant number of exchanges, including those you’d not normally meet or influence.

Finally, consider this: can a robot represent a member of a committed minority? Can robots actually drive the change to influence real people? According to the study, ‘In a space where people can’t distinguish people from bots, yes. If you get a concerted, focused effort by a group of agents acting as a minority view, they can be really effective.’

The real point of this article is in support those of us who have been feeling overwhelmed and without a voice in recent times. Part of my purpose in writing was to respond to the sentiment I hear and feel within my circles. For most of us, our purpose isn’t to change the world by ourselves. But I think it is part of our purpose to do everything that we can do to aid a healthy collective consciousness.

Know that we have a voice and together, perhaps we form a strong and healthy minority?

Be well.

How to be Change

Embracing transformation: a guide to becoming it’s about self-improvement or bigger aspects like climate change. Lately, of course, it’s been about CV. The statement is usually accompanied by resignation and possibly, ‘it’s too hard’ or ‘I’m just one person.’

There’s generally a fear of moving against the tide and speaking up, or of being too busy.

I could answer this many ways, but here’s my take on it ... and it speaks to who we are, down deep and to the frequency that we generate and emit to the world. The tipping point all starts with you.

We all need to do what we can. We all need to play our part. Most of us were not born to change the world on our own, but all of us were born to fulfill our potential: to be happy, to love, to contribute.

(Actually, I believe we are already filled to the brim with our ‘potential’. Our journey is to recover who we already are: our state of being. To truly ‘be’, does have the power to change the world).

In this particular context, I am going to say the greatest source of unhappiness is not being able to like oneself. Here, happiness implies that we have self-worth or value that we attribute to ourselves and not attributed to recognition by others. It would follow then, that ‘I am of benefit to the community’ or ‘I am of benefit to another’ may be the sole thing that allows us to appreciate our worth?

As mentioned, a consequential matter here is that contribution to others does not imply it is on display for others to see.

One of the reasons for my being in this lifetime is to recognise that the only tasks I have are my own and not to take on other people’s roles. Also, it is not for people to impose their roles upon me.

So, it is not for me to decide if my contributions are helpful. That is for others to decide and it’s not for me to interfere. In fact, there have been thousands of times in my career when I have not known if I’ve made a contribution! But, I centre myself with the knowledge that my contribution does not have to be evident. All we need is the is the internal sense that ‘I am of benefit to another’ or more specifically, a consciousness of contribution.

In short, happiness and peace are the consciousness of contribution.

People, in general, seek recognition. Today, more so than ever before. I believe it’s because people want to have regard for themselves. They want to feel valued or that they have value. Recognition becomes a yardstick for contribution. Conversely, if people don’t get recognised, they stop contributing in the end. This cannot be our fate. Because if we fail to act, for our self-improvement, climate change or the deeper issues behind global health, we will have zero choice but to swim with the current of other’s wishes, opinions or social norms.

If we want to change ourselves, our relationships or the world, there is no freedom in the desire that the change must be a grand gesture and be something that is seen, influences thousands or gains recognition. Freedom is only achieved through happiness (which is only defined by the self and not others) and contribution.

A true sense of contribution means that you will have no need of recognition from other sources but will come from the sensibility of knowing ‘I have been of worth to someone or something’. Ultimately, the feeling of contribution creates a sense of community, whether it’s a community of two, or a community of millions. I think this is part of our process of evolution, this community feel and our ability to contribute to it. If we are individually going to have a sense of belonging, which I think we a desperately seeking, then ‘community’ and ‘contribution’ are vital.

So, ok ... the bare bones. We don’t need big, grand gestures to feel we are contributing. Most of it will go unnoticed and the important thing is our ‘consciousness of contribution’ and to know that we ‘are of worth’. It may not mean that today you planted a grove of trees or you got arrested at a climate change rally or sharing your thought over a beer with the Deli Lama was really worth the trip. It may simply mean that you decided these thoughts were worth passing on in an email to others? Who knows? Maybe your email goes down the line 100 times? What a contribution you facilitated! And without recognition!

The point of this article is that for us to change the world, we start by changing who we are.
We learn self-acceptance: that is ok and valuable to be who we are and that we are immeasurable just as we are.

We learn to have confidence in others: unconditional belief that others with do the right thing, even when they don’t! Doubt will keep us right where we are.

We contribute to others: we develop self-worth and a sense of community in our interpersonal relationships (near and far). Keep to your own tasks and don’t take on those of others. It’s ok to sever ties with those who interfere with yours (this circles back to self-acceptance).

If we can achieve this (or even some of it), we become those who people want to be near or listen to. This is not the aim, but a consequence. See you at the tipping point!

Be well.

Coming soon

This is The Paraclete Foundation ONE SPIRIT Collection.

The Paraclete Foundation

This is The Paraclete Foundation ONE SPIRIT Collection.

Subscribe now
